Requirements:
8–12 years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles. Proven experience designing and operating production workloads on AWS (ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, S3, Secrets Manager). Strong hands-on experience with Pulumi (preferred) or similar IaC platforms. Experience with Python and/or TypeScript. Experience building CI/CD pipelines, including with using GitHub Actions. Experience supporting HIPAA- and SOC2-compliant environments. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous startup environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and scale Chamber’s AWS Infrastructure. Lead the architecture, implementation, and optimization of ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, S3 and other AWS services. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi. Implement monitoring, logging, and observability systems. Automate deployments and environment provisioning. Ensure strong security posture and compliance.
