Staff Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Autonomously design, build, and scale high-quality infrastructure Default to automation while knowing when pragmatism and simplicity win Proactively identify and solve critical infrastructure problems Make others better through code reviews, documentation, technical guidance, and mentorship Navigate ambiguity and persist through challenges Experience architecting and operating highly available database solutions, ideally Aurora PostgreSQL Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal oversight Care deeply about reliability and building sustainable and durable systems Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes in a scaling environment Strong engineering background and history of designing resilient systems

Design and build infrastructure and tooling to support the Assured platform Automate infrastructure provisioning and management with Terraform and Terragrunt Evolve platform foundations across AWS (EKS, SQS, Aurora, S3) Partner with product and engineering teams to improve performance and reliability Strengthen security posture and ensure compliance Improve developer experience by building systems for faster value delivery Lead, mentor, and collaborate with engineers across the company
