Regional Manager, Clinical Excellence - West
  • Lead the clinical excellence managers in the region and coach team members on career development and growth.
  • Collaborate with the capital sales team to expand partial footprints and support new and expansion opportunities.
  • Support customer education, implementation, adoption, product use, and customer success across Outset’s product offerings.
  • Ensure the clinical excellence team conducts routine, high-quality customer business reviews.
  • Engage in business planning and clinical, operational, and financial action planning.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer escalations and issues.

Engineering at Outset Medical

You will build and own mission-critical foundation systems that ingest, process, and analyze health data from our Tablo devices as part of a growing network of Internet of Health Things (IoHT). Our systems are built using a variety of tech stacks, including Core Java, Core Scala, Java (Spring Boot), Scala (Play), Python, Typescript, Node.js, Docker, and various AWS technologies. We build scalable, reliable, operable, and performant unified application and data platforms, solving big data and complex data problems. You'll contribute to streaming IoT big data, real-time and batch applications, ELT/ETL, and data pipelines. We also focus on robust cybersecurity within our AWS ecosystem, protecting sensitive patient health information (PHI) in transit and at rest.
