Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

5+ years of programming experience and proficiency in Python, Go, or Shell Script. 5+ years of AWS Connect (VoIP) experience, proficient in administration, development, and troubleshooting. In-depth knowledge of containerization technology and orchestration, such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience administering and deploying new cloud resources in AWS and GCP using IaC. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Ability to work autonomously with limited guidance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and technologies.

Design, build, and maintain systems for declarative application and infrastructure lifecycle management. Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployments using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools. Improve deployment processes by automating delivery pipelines, database migrations, and operational tasks. Prioritize and troubleshoot system issues, alerts, and downtime with a focus on stability and rapid incident response. Implement monitoring and observability solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Foster a healthy, collaborative, and high-performing engineering culture. Continuously assess and improve the infrastructure to support secure, highly available, and resilient environments. Develop and enforce Identity Access Management (IAM) policies to govern authentication and authorization across cloud platforms.
