Operations Associate, Credentialing and Enrollments Special Projects

2-4 years of experience in program or project management with a focus on payor operations Strong working knowledge of payor requirements (across multiple states preferred) Experience with both delegated and non-delegated payor workflows Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Strong critical thinking and operational judgment

Serve as the point of contact on CredOps for new payor launches Translate payor requirements into operational requirements and workflows Review delegated credentialing agreements to identify operational risks, gaps, or requirements Act as a trusted liaison between Payor Partnerships and CredOps Support additional operational workstreams in credentialing and enrollment
