Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a credentialing and/or provider enrollment role. Familiar with credentialing processes and payer and accreditation requirements. Effective communicator and enjoys collaborating. Meticulously organized and detail-oriented. Tech-savvy and open to learning new technologies. Flexible and adaptable when facing new challenges.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end cycle of credentialing applications. Assist in building NCQA compliant ongoing monitoring and delegation programs. Support streamlining existing credentialing processes. Develop SOPs for new payer contracts and processes. Assist in managing/uptraining the contract credentialing team. Help track credentialing metrics and report on progress. Provide direct support to dietitians and payers. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
