Act as the primary point of contact and trusted marketing advisor for 6-8 accounts. Lead client meetings end-to-end, including agendas, decisions, and follow-ups. Build client relationships through proactive communication and focus on outcomes. Understand client business models, goals, and challenges to align strategies. Co-own strategic planning with media directors and leads. Maintain a testing and innovation agenda. Own project management system (ClickUp) for task visibility and accountability. Manage priorities, maintain the backlog, and ensure timely delivery of work. Monitor budgets and pacing, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned. Lead weekly and monthly reporting, telling a clear story of performance and next steps. Guide internal teams (media, search strategists) for strategy and performance alignment. Create fast feedback loops for progress. Ensure cross-functional teams work efficiently.
