Requirements:
5+ years experience in Client Services and Operations Extremely detail-oriented, adaptive, collaborative growth mindset, proactive Solid organizational, analytical, logical reasoning, oral, and written presentation skills Exceptional communication and stakeholder management experience Experience navigating $4M+ accounts or managing enterprise relationships
Responsibilities:
Set SOW expectations and manage Ascendancy’s contract with clients. Ensure client deliverables are completed on or before deadlines. Lead all communication around client deliverables. Serve as the liaison between Ascendancy and clients to ensure high NPS. Unlock financial alpha for clients using Ascendancy’s systems, network, and services. Grow client accounts to reach $2M ARR across accounts by EOY 2026. Foster a client-first culture with high standards for responsiveness, problem-solving, and communication.
