Proven track record leading technology transformation programs for law firms or professional services organizations. Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and AI applications relevant to the legal industry. Strong business and financial acumen. Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated success in building and scaling consulting practices or service lines. Recognized thought leader with a history of industry contributions.

Define and drive the vision, strategy, and growth of the Enterprise Technology Strategy solution. Build and scale innovative service offerings for law firms. Serve as a trusted advisor to client executive leadership. Lead high-impact transformation engagements across technology, data, and AI. Align enterprise technology initiatives with organizational strategy. Oversee diagnostic workstreams: Technology Architecture, Data Strategy, AI Readiness, Process Optimization. Develop and maintain reference architectures, toolkits, and frameworks. Lead client relationship origination and growth. Represent the solution in client meetings and industry forums. Recruit, develop, and inspire a global team of consultants and technologists.
