Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years in a senior leadership role within senior living operations. Experience managing multi-site, multi-state portfolios and driving operational standards. Experience supporting new development and pre-operations is required. Proved financial acumen, strategic thinking, and experience in occupancy and rate management. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Familiarity with senior living regulations, best practices, and resident-centered service models. Willingness to travel greater than 70% (specifically greater than 80% throughout Florida, Colorado, Virginia, and Maryland).
Responsibilities:
Oversee execution of key business and strategic objectives for assigned communities. Manage communities in adherence to state regulations and company policy. Develop, monitor, and oversee financial objectives within assigned communities. Champion a culture of hospitality and exceptional customer service. Participate in the interview, selection, training, management, and mentorship of community leadership teams. Work collaboratively with divisional team members to achieve positive outcomes.
