Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably within SaaS or technology companies. Proven track record managing paid media and paid social campaigns. Experience developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns. Demonstrated success testing new formats, channels, and approaches. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Experience using analytics tools to measure content distribution success and inform strategy. Demonstrated success collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation and data platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay). Responsibilities:
Strategize, develop, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media and paid social channels. Lead always-on and targeted campaigns to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline growth. Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute targeted, sales-assisted campaigns. Experiment with emerging trends in campaign formats and creative approaches. Partner with Marketing Operations to track impact, measure effectiveness, and optimize campaigns. Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and review platforms. Optimize campaigns through data-driven testing and conversion rate optimization. Identify new channel opportunities, partnerships, and sponsorships. Manage paid media budgets strategically. Partner with the external paid search agency. Track and report campaign performance regularly.
