Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Demonstrated experience working directly with external customers, internal stakeholders, and senior leaders Preferred minimum five years of experience in account management and/or sales roles Superior communication and presentation skills Must be quality conscious, detail-oriented, organized and self-motivated Ability to anticipate problems and resolve effectively Ability to excel in high-stress, fast-paced environments Strong listening and interpersonal skills Strategic thinker Management and team-building skills Must be highly organized and detail oriented in a production intensive environment Proficient in MS Office Suite or Mac equivalent and Google Suite
Responsibilities:
Coordinate stakeholders to support account business objectives. Help clients gain maximum value through all stages of the customer life cycle. Provide oversight in driving issues to resolution when business is at risk. Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customer stakeholders. Develop and manage project timelines and task lists. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Manage projects in an efficient, timely, and cost-effective manner. Prioritize tasks by urgency that are aligned with the clients evolving priorities. Take an analytical approach to problem solving. Develop quick and creative solutions for project issues. Complete all job tasks accurately and on-time. Understand and manage the execution of tasks while setting proper expectations that are aligned with company metrics to achieve Client’s sales goals. Think strategically and tactically to meet Client’s needs, to improve current services or to deliver new services.
