2-4 years in a technical implementation, technical support, integrations, or customer engineering role at a SaaS company. Excitement to work directly with customers, managing implementations and troubleshooting integration issues. Familiarity with APIs, REST endpoints, authentication methods, and JSON payloads. Experience with ERPs or a strong desire to learn systems like Eclipse, P21, and Infor in depth. Strong communication skills. Excellent organization and project management abilities. Comfort working in a fast-moving, fully remote environment with high ownership. English proficiency required.
