ERP Administrator

4+ years of experience in an ERP Administrator, Senior ERP Analyst, Senior Business Systems Analyst, Solution Architect or similar technical role. Experience administering, managing, and supporting ERP systems, preferably in the Consumer Goods (CG) or Manufacturing space. Deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain and Finance modules (inventory, GL, AP/AR, Manufacturing) in a mid-market ERP system (e.g., Acumatica, Dynamics 365, NetSuite). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated experience with data analysis, validation, and working with large data sets. Familiarity with compliance standards, data governance, SOX, ITGC, or similar regulated environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to read and write SQL for analysis and troubleshooting. Experience with middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft). Experience working in cross-functional system enhancement projects or release cycles.

Act as a subject-matter expert for data flows and system processes. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation. Manage day-to-day operations of the ERP system, including administration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Provide technical support to end-users. Design and maintain system integrations with other enterprise applications. Ensure data integrity and apply required security. Assist in creating systems diagrams and process flows. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Lead and/or participate in ERP system upgrades and enhancements. Utilize SQL for data analytics, reconciliations, and performance optimization.
