Implementation Integrations Analyst I

Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or software/automotive related field, or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of experience in software integration, data integration, or related automotive IT role. Working knowledge of various automotive software applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work with external client partners to complete requirements for integration enablement. Work with external integration partners to deploy integration process using APIs, FTPs, etc. Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define processes. Maintain and update integration documentation. Support ongoing implementations and updates to integration platforms. Participate in project planning activities. Provide training and support to end-users on integration processes.
