Managed high-volume global campaign operations, overseeing end-to-end processes including intake, build, QA, and reporting. Analyzed operational metrics and campaign performance data to inform strategic decisions. Fostered cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges. Marketo Certified Expert or equivalent technical certifications (ideal). Experience managing remote or distributed teams across different time zones (ideal). Experience leading change management initiatives (ideal). Proficiency with related stack tools such as Hightouch, Airtable, Gumloop, Allgood, Litmus, and Contentful (ideal).
