- Valid LPCC license in good standing in the state of Ohio
- Board approval to serve as a clinical supervisor
- Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure
- Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- A quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office setup
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical work of Associate Therapists
- Provide supervision for telehealth services
- Mentor emerging therapists
- Accumulate clinical hours for associates' licensure
