Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field
- Familiarity with eCOA platforms and clinical trial technology implementations
- Experience with COA and/or eCOA licensing, clinical study support, or related managed services delivery
- Experience in CRO, life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical development environments
- Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements or projects
- Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and documentation requirements in regulated environments
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional or junior team members
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and client-facing communication skills
Responsibilities
- Leads the end-to-end delivery of COA and eCOA licensing services across client engagements
- Acts as a subject matter expert for COA/eCOA licensing activities
- Identifies opportunities for additional services within existing client accounts
- Ensures delivery of high-quality licensing and technical services
- Manages and oversees all licensing service activities performed by delivery team
- Proactively identifies risks or issues related to licensing timelines
- Provides structured feedback to product management and service teams
- Leads project management activities and timeline management
- Supports financial activities including estimation, invoicing, and revenue tracking
