2-4 years of experience in customer engagement, success, or education-facing roles Proven ability to use data and insights to drive adoption and retention outcomes Experience balancing strategic planning and tactical execution Highly collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by solving complex customer challenges Based in or near New York City Approximately 30% travel to NYC DOE schools

Co-own retention across all NYC DOE schools Design and implement school- and district-wide engagement plans Conduct regular school visits, stakeholder meetings, and workshops Identify, equip, and activate school and district-level champions Track usage, adoption, and engagement trends to identify risks Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams Advocate for the customer internally
