Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Product Management, or similar. Practical experience and fluency with AI concepts (agents, models, AI-assisted workflows). Strong technical foundation and comfort with modern web development workflows, APIs, and developer tools. Experience driving adoption of complex products requiring change management or workflow redesign. Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping customers see possibilities in an evolving environment. Strong communication skills and executive presence.
Responsibilities:
Own post-sale outcomes for strategic enterprise accounts. Work hands-on with teams to understand workflows and adapt the platform. Partner with Customer Engineers during technical onboarding and early implementation. Guide customers through change management for AI-assisted and AI-powered workflows. Translate customer goals into clear success criteria. Connect product usage to business outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Act as a voice of the customer internally to Product and Engineering.
