Engagement Manager

5–10 years of experience in project or engagement management for software development initiatives. Experience managing cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects). Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery practices. Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills. Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget. Experience with cloud-based application projects (preferably AWS, Angular, and Python). Proficiency with Azure Boards. PMP or similar project management certification (preferred). Experience managing multiple pods or distributed development teams (preferred). Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing (preferred). Strong analytical skills for tracking metrics, forecasting risks, and identifying improvement opportunities (preferred).

Lead project planning, execution, and delivery. Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. Identify and mitigate project risks. Coordinate resource allocation. Establish and enforce quality standards. Monitor project budgets and financial performance. Facilitate change management processes. Prepare and present project status reports. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
