- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 8–10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial products
- At least 1 year of experience in a managerial position
- Sales experience covering Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
- Proven record of territory development and distributor management
- Experience in managing sales teams
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent English and Tagalog communication skills
- Digitally adaptable – able to leverage CRM systems, digital reporting tools, and virtual platforms
- Lead sales operations in the Philippines to achieve revenue, margin, and market share targets.
- Develop and execute annual country sales plans, including account strategies and distribution targets.
- Strengthen distributor relationships through reviews, joint visits, and performance evaluations.
- Manage and mentor sales staff to improve selling effectiveness and technical competency.
- Maintain strong relationships with key end users, OEMs, and industry partners.
- Work closely with Regional Marketing, Technical Support, and Supply Chain teams.
