Requirements:
At least one year of experience as an SDR, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry. Hunter's mentality and expertise in identifying and prospecting into new accounts. Resilient and capable of failing forward on an ongoing basis. Competitive nature, driven to be the best and set/achieve goals. High energy with boundless enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Excellent English, written, and verbal communication skills. Self-starter capable of bringing ideas and strategies to the table.
Responsibilities:
Identify, contact, and close new meetings within an established ICP. Research nuances within customer profiles to identify good fits for services. Conduct cold prospecting using video, email, LinkedIn, and cold-calling. Schedule meetings with the Head of Sales. Learn sales tools and processes, service offerings, and begin outreach activities. Make 60+ cold calls weekly. Book a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects in the third week. Book at least eight meetings per month by the second month.
