Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience in management consulting, operations/program management, or strategic account management. Pharmacy experience and/or healthcare tech experience preferred. In-depth understanding of supply chain dynamics. Experience in defining, implementing, and managing Service Level Agreements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Track record of achieving strategic account management targets. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Optimize supply chain by collaborating with suppliers to mitigate issues. Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day matters and business reviews. Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with pharmacy partners. Manage contracting to optimize supply chain efficiency. Proactively resolve client challenges by collaborating with internal teams. Work with internal teams for seamless onboarding and collaboration with pharmacy partners. Develop internal and external SOPs.
