Responsibilities

  • Own and cultivate relationships with clients
  • Leverage product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement
  • Act as a thought partner and provide top-notch service
  • Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally
  • Create and execute on account growth & engagement strategies
  • Manage commercial strategy
  • Develop rapport with key decision makers
  • Manage renewals from beginning to end
  • Identify and execute on upsell opportunities
  • Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team
