Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Ability to build strategic relationships within your book of business
- Passionate about making your clients successful
- Able to proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base and materialize them through research
- Can manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
- Both a self-starter and a team player
- Energized by contributing to the future of data-driven investment research
- Genuinely interested in investment research and the markets
Responsibilities
- Own and cultivate relationships with clients
- Leverage product expertise to drive value and grow user engagement
- Act as a thought partner and provide top-notch service
- Advocate for client needs cross-departmentally
- Create and execute on account growth & engagement strategies
- Manage commercial strategy
- Develop rapport with key decision makers
- Manage renewals from beginning to end
- Identify and execute on upsell opportunities
- Contribute to building best-in-class practices within the Client Strategy team
