Requirements
- 8+ years of client relationship management experience in private banking, family offices, wealth management, crypto or fintech.
- Strong product knowledge.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Proven record of coaching and developing junior talent.
- Experience across both crypto and traditional financial institutions is a strong plus.
- Strong client management skills, including building and maintaining high-value relationships.
- Experience with structured client profiling and designing client engagement activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Able to collaborate effectively with global teams, overseas partners, and relevant stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior relationship owner and primary point of contact for a portfolio of global institutional/VIP clients.
- Engage C-suite and senior decision-makers as a trusted advisor.
- Build long-term partnerships and identify growth and cross-selling opportunities across the product suite.
- Deepen strategic relationships through sustained engagement and understanding of client needs.
- Design and optimize client service processes and systems, set management standards, and oversee key account health and performance.
- Analyze client behavior, identify latent needs, and produce key client analysis reports.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver client solutions.
- Set team performance and service standards, coach junior team members, and build team capability.
- Represent key client perspectives internally and contribute to product strategy and business planning.
