- Be comfortable working with Google Workspace, Slack, Harvest, and ClickUp.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client delivery across assigned projects and accounts.
- Manage deadlines, milestones, project budgets, and commercial targets.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Plan, schedule, and manage internal and external resources.
- Coordinate delivery teams to ensure outputs meet the brief, scope, quality standards, and timelines.
- Lead client meetings, provide progress updates, and capture delivery actions.
- Translate briefs into timelines and estimates with internal teams.
- Produce weekly project status reports and maintain documentation, meeting notes, and delivery trackers.
- Maintain internal systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Harvest, and ClickUp.
