Onboard, retain, and grow customers. Become a product expert and trusted advisor. Build long-term partnerships. Maintain regular communication. Drive adoption and ROI. Run QBRs / Check-In Meetings. Identify risks and lead mitigation plans. Identify growth opportunities (cross-sells, plan upgrades, higher usage). Conduct live trainings. Create help articles, documentation, and playbooks.
