Requirements:
10–15+ years of experience in supply chain management at companies with large, complex supply chains. Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, KPIs, and data structures. Strong functional expertise in planning, logistics, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, or related domains. Proven ability to interact with executives and cross-functional teams. Ability to translate operational issues into analytics, data science, and OR problem statements. Experience working with or around enterprise supply chain technologies and data ecosystems. Prior experience in consulting, advisory, solutions architecture, or pre-sales (preferred). Exposure to operations research, optimization modeling, simulation, or advanced analytics (preferred). Experience partnering with data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML teams (preferred). Thought leadership experience (speaking, writing, influencing, etc.) (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Lead creation and refinement of supply chain analytics, AI, and operations research offerings. Develop value propositions, market messaging, and use-case playbooks. Partner with sales teams during pre-sales cycles to shape client solutions. Represent the firm externally at conferences and industry events. Act as the primary functional SME during client discovery sessions. Translate operational supply chain challenges into analytical requirements. Identify opportunities for clients to modernize processes with AI tools. Provide executive-level guidance on analytics maturity and transformation roadmaps. Define supply chain data models, KPIs, and integration requirements. Collaborate with analytics, data science, and OR teams to shape solution design. Provide system-level expertise across various supply chain tools. Guide teams on feasibility, data availability, and model selection. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure functional accuracy. Support marketing with whitepapers, case studies, and webinars. Provide functional training to cross-disciplinary team members.
