Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Paid Media, with proven success in scaling DTC brands. Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Familiarity with TikTok and emerging platforms is a plus. Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets at $1M+/month. Proven track record of unlocking and scaling new acquisition funnels. Experience leading creative strategy, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.
Responsibilities:
Forecast budget allocation per channel and funnel. Manage and adjust budgets daily for maximum ROI. Collaborate with Inventory Planning on scaling objectives. Monitor margins, CAC, and LTV metrics. Own performance across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and emerging paid channels. Execute daily campaign management and optimization using SOP. Lead structured testing program across platforms. Analyze and rebalance spend across concepts and angles. Own weekly performance analysis for creative testing framework. Provide weekly & monthly creative insights. Lead Creative Strategists for data-backed creative iterations. Run analysis and revisions for ad spend diversification. Assess funnels using key variables. Identify and exploit scaling advantages. Collaborate with CRO on A/B tests. Design and document cross-functional workflows. Maintain up to date SOPs for creative and media buying processes. Implement continuous process improvement.
