Senior Manager, Analytics

5-10 years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field Strong technical skills: SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) Proven experience designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing, Bayesian, or multi-armed bandit approaches) Experience working with APIs and modern AI tools Demonstrated success as a people leader — coaching, mentoring, and developing analysts Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Manage and develop a team of analysts (approx. 6) Collaborate with leaders to shape experiments and define success metrics Write SQL queries, Python scripts, and build Power BI dashboards Leverage AI tools and APIs to automate insights Present findings to cross-functional and executive audiences Work closely with Data and Engineering teams
