Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related discipline. 5+ years of pricing, financial analysis, or cost volume experience within a federal contracting environment. Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA, and DCMA standards. Experience with CAS and OMB Circular A-122/A-21/A-87 preferred. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, macros, cost modeling). Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience producing and defending cost volumes and supporting REAs or post-award analyses. Experience supporting IDIQ contracts, CPFF/FFP/T&M task orders, and multi-year pricing strategies. Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and other pricing and accounting tools (preferred). Exposure to post-award program control, financial reporting, or cost audit preparation (preferred). Prior participation in color-team proposal reviews and pricing volume authorship (preferred). Ability to mentor junior analysts and contribute to cross-functional process optimization (preferred).

Lead compliant and competitive pricing and cost volume development for proposals. Build, maintain, and validate complex cost models and pricing spreadsheets. Interpret solicitation instructions and ensure pricing deliverables meet FAR/DFARS compliance. Coordinate with internal teams to gather data for cost narratives and BOEs. Perform cost realism, price reasonableness, and price-to-win analyses. Develop and maintain financial dashboards and contract performance reports. Support finance with variance analysis, burn-rate tracking, and labor utilization reviews. Prepare and document Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs) and pricing modifications. Analyze change orders, scope modifications, and funding adjustments. Ensure pricing actions comply with internal policies and documentation standards. Maintain standardized pricing templates and historical cost databases. Support internal and external audits. Recommend and implement process improvements for pricing efficiency. Develop reporting and dashboards for executive reviews. Develop SOPs and processes for regulatory compliance.
