Requirements:
4+ years of experience At least 2 years of transactional legal experience as an attorney or paralegal, preferably at a fund or law firm JD preferred Direct experience in negotiating NDAs is strongly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in a customer-facing role Demonstrated excitement and interest in technology High EQ and empathetic interpersonal skills Ability to communicate with and work across multiple Ontra teams
Responsibilities:
Conduct consultations with Customer Success Managers and sales closers on pricing, repricing, and playbook discussions. Accurately document prospective customer preferences for incorporation into pricing models. Facilitate and support efforts with Research and Development teams for negotiation playbook digitization. Craft tailored, value-driven solutions and convey them through clear communication. Act as an extension of Go-To-Market teams, contributing to efficiency and effectiveness projects.
