Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in research, social listening, social media, influencer marketing, digital analytics, or social media intelligence
- Proven track record analyzing online trends and conversations, particularly on TikTok and emerging platforms
- Deep understanding of social listening tools, trend analysis methodologies, and insights development best practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data and insights
- Experience leading analytics teams and developing social listening talent
- Strong time management skills
- Passion for digital culture and demonstrated ability to identify and contextualize emerging trends
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee research strategies and analysis for multiple client accounts
- Manage a team dedicated to monitoring online discussions and identifying emerging trends
- Identify creators who could be a fit for potential campaigns
- Develop comprehensive trend reports translating insights into strategic recommendations
- Provide expert guidance on incorporating research insights into client programs
- Stay at the forefront of research tools, methodologies, and platform-specific analytics
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
