6+ years of relevant experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Development, Data/Cloud/Infrastructure Architecture, or Customer Success leadership. 2+ years in a people management or technical leadership role. Proven track record of hiring, developing, and leading technical teams. Strong awareness of real-time streaming solutions with Apache Kafka, Flink, or similar technologies. Expertise in modern cloud architectures (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD tooling. Strong customer-centric mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment. Experience in contract negotiation (a strong plus). Fluency in English.
