Lead Software Engineer & Team Lead

Proven hands-on experience building and maintaining complex back-end systems with modern server-side frameworks Strong expertise in relational databases Commitment to industry best practices in software development and security Experience with technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ or similar systems Ability to conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing Ability to adapt and apply new technologies Proven skills in requirement analysis and designing high-quality software solutions Experience in mentoring and guiding team members Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, and cloud architecture is a plus
