Own the creating and publishing short-form videos every day across TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Produce the content yourself, including filming, editing, captioning, and remixing. Leveraging AI tools across editing, ideation, voice/clip gen, scriptwriting, auto-captioning, analysis) to accelerate production. Collaborate with micro-creators and influencers to scale output. Develop and refine the playbook for what resonates in market: formats, hooks, scripts, editing styles, and distribution tactics. Build and manage relationships with creators, ambassadors, and micro-influencers. Analyze performance daily and adjust in real time. Create lightweight reporting to identify leading indicators of potential virality. Partner with Brand, Growth, and Product while maintaining independence for speed. Funnel consumer insights back into brand and product teams.
