Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course preferred.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in talent management and development.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team.

  • Design and implement talent development programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions.
  • Support the performance management process.

  • Collaborate with managers and stakeholders on talent initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning.
