Interact closely with prospects to understand their operational challenges, pain points, and business needs. Design tailored technical and functional solutions that optimize value for both the prospect and EXUS. Deliver high-level and deep-dive product demonstrations that clearly articulate how EFS meets client requirements. Prepare high-quality technical and functional responses to RFPs/RFIs using strong product and domain knowledge. Lead the planning and execution of remote and on-site Proofs of Concept (POCs), including integration discussions and technical validation activities. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams regarding new features, solution enhancements, and the handover of newly signed projects. Support the Marketing Team by preparing solution-related collateral such as demo videos, case studies, blog posts, and other presales assets.
