Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field. Previous experience working in the insurance industry is required. Knowledge of business analysis concepts (defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, Agile prioritization). Business analysis skills including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing. Good organizational/time management skills. Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must. Basic knowledge in generating process documentation and documenting system functionality, data integration, and workflow. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Must be based in Thailand. Must be fluent in Thai.
