Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for customers using SaaS and hardware products. Build strong customer relationships to foster advocacy. Manage issues from start to finish, ensuring resolution. Collaborate with internal teams (development, QA, product) using various tools. Proactively identify and address customer needs. Analyze trends and share insights for product improvement. Mentor new team members with best practices and product knowledge. Use AI tools to improve communication, reporting, and workflows. Track KPIs and customer health metrics to predict risk and drive retention.
