Bachelor's degree required; MBA strongly preferred 10+ years of experience in product management, product operations, or consulting 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within a technology organization, with a strong preference for digital health delivery experience Exceptional success in designing and implementing SaaS-based or SaaS like solutions and operationally robust analytics platforms focused on engaging patients/consumers Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and scale processes without direct authority over a team Expertise in managing cross-functional initiatives, improving workflows, and implementing tools to drive better collaboration Strong understanding of product development lifecycles Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with process improvement, operational frameworks, and tools
