Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, finance, healthcare administration, community health education and promotion, marketing, or sales. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Basic understanding of the US and global clinical trial landscape. Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting process. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) for RFP/RFI management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel skills. Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, or a CRO environment (preferred). Experience working in sales, sales development, or sales operations (preferred). Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes in digital health (strongly preferred). Ability to work well with cross-functional and global teams. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating in teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, meetings, and deadlines at the same time. Clear and effective communication skills.
