Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred in business management, finance, healthcare administration, community health education and promotion, marketing, or sales. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Basic understanding of the US and global clinical trial landscape. Basic understanding of the sales cycle and contracting process. Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems. Experience using Responsive (formerly RFPIO) for RFP/RFI management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel skills. Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, digital health, or a CRO environment (preferred). Experience working in sales, sales development, or sales operations (preferred). Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes in digital health (strongly preferred). Ability to work well with cross-functional and global teams. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating in teams. Ability to manage multiple projects, meetings, and deadlines at the same time. Clear and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Create accurate sales budgets, proposals, RFIs, and other pre-sales materials. Lead the RFI process by gathering and coordinating responses. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Data, Project Managers, Finance, and Legal teams. Create and maintain proposals through the final Statement of Work (SOW). Track all versions of budgets, proposals, and contracts. Use Salesforce to support the sales team throughout the sales cycle. Utilize CRM to ensure all information is up to date for RFPs and RFIs. Maintain Q&A pair content library in RFI platform. Prepare sales support presentations, as needed. Organize and manage sales documents and collateral. Look for ways to improve sales processes and help implement new solutions. Support the sales team in meeting quarterly goals. Perform other duties as assigned.
