Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Support/Success roles (ideally in HR Tech SaaS). Experience as an HR Business Partner or in HR operations is highly relevant. Experience in EOR (Employer of Record), global HR, or payroll-related support. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive and able to anticipate challenges. Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a remote-first, globally distributed environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end offboarding process across multiple countries. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and EOR regulations. Prepare and process termination documentation. Maintain accurate records of offboarded employees. Act as a point of contact for clients and communicate with employees. Coordinate with payroll for final settlements and benefit deactivation. Identify opportunities to improve the offboarding process.
