Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in D2C fintech, mobile apps, or consumer payment platforms. Demonstrated success improving post-purchase engagement, repayment, or lifecycle retention. Deep understanding of mobile app UX patterns, behavioral triggers, and in-app education principles. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Design, Data, Engineering, Legal, Risk). Comfort using experimentation tools and interpreting data. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., credit, lending, payments) is highly desirable. Strong product sense with attention to detail in flow design and content clarity. Ability to break down complex financial processes into simple, user-friendly experiences. Proficient in tools like Amplitude, Figma, Jira, or equivalent. Great communicator who builds stakeholder trust. Bias for action, strong prioritization instincts, and a customer-first mindset.
