Lead and execute social media strategy for OLLY Personal Care across various channels. Lead briefing for all social assets leveraging internal and external content partners. Manage the social media budget, including content creation, agency fees, tools, and engagement incentives. Own relationship with social agency partner(s) and manage day-to-day operations. Oversee content boosting strategy and budget allocation. Utilize social listening tools to deliver insights on brand, competitor, and industry trends. Report on social KPIs and analyze performance to optimize strategies. Own planning and management of the PC content calendar and scheduling of all content. Monitor and engage with community conversations.
