Mentor and coach a team of Measurement Strategists. Oversee the health and success of the team's customer portfolio. Develop and implement best practices and standardized workflows for the Measurement Strategy team. Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. Co-design experimentation roadmaps with customers. Shepherd customers through the entire experimentation process. Advise customers on best practices to maximize value and ROI from the platform. Serve as a trusted partner to customers on test result interpretation and action steps. Identify risks or escalations and manage them with ownership. Contribute to the team with the creation of collateral, resources, playbooks, and workflows. Represent the Measurement Strategy team's needs and insights to cross-functional leadership.
