Technical Program Manager

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or Management Information Systems 6+ years of experience with college coursework or certification such as PMP or Scrum in lieu of a formal degree Scrum or Agile certification or training 4+ years in systems and program management 4+ years in building workflow maps, project timelines, and tracking Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, etc.) Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet’s, JIRA or similar project management software Understanding of IT systems, security, databases, and enterprise architecture Complex problem-solving skills and ability to work well under minimal supervision

Coordinate and report on multiple security projects (SAST, SCA, DAST, Vulnerability Management) Build and maintain relationships within security and with internal IT/product teams, and vendors Present vulnerability metrics and health to development teams Create dashboards and metrics to track SLAs and remediation timelines Scope new projects, create and execute plans for proof of value evaluations Enable project team focus on solution design, prototyping, configuration, training, and documentation
