3-5+ years experience in product operations, product delivery, or product analytics in a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated ability to identify and employ systems that improve visibility, accountability, and product delivery effectiveness. Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel) and product management or agile tools (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Aha). Comfortable defining and interpreting metrics, connecting quantitative data with qualitative insights. Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Confident operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
