Responsibilities:
Manage and penetrate existing and new accounts Fulfill client staffing needs within minimal time P&L Management Develop and maintain strategic account plans Ensure continuous client satisfaction Make regular onsite visits with clients Monitor and ensure adherence to client policies Relay exact customer needs to recruiters Ensure proper candidate screening Track client scorecards and internal recruitment metrics Reduce turnaround time without compromising quality
